Ex-Goa CM Wilfred De Souza's funeral today
Panaji: The funeral ceremony of former Goa Chief Minister Wilfred De Souza will be held today where his body will be laid to rest with full state honours. "Full state honours would be given to the mortal remains of De Souza during his funeral today at 10.30 AM," Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar told.
