Mumbai: Underworld don Dawood Ibrahim's one of the properties, measuring 45.16 sq metres in Pakmodia Street, Bhendi Bazaar here will be auctioned.Today, restaurant Delhi Zaika said to be owned by him and seized by the CBI after the 1993 Mumbai serial bombings, will be put under the hammer by journalist S Balakrishnan as an auctioneer.
Magistrate to decide Arvind Kejriwal's exemption plea
Mumbai: A magistrate's court reserved its order on a plea for permanent exemption from appearance sought by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal who is facing a case for holding a rally in Mumbai without the required permission.
Kurla Magistrate Richa Khedekar is likely to pronounce the order today.

Ahmedabad: A local court will hear the bail plea of Patel quota agitation spearhead Hardik Patel and two of his aides today in a sedition case as the matter was adjourned yesterday.
Additional Sessions Judge N G Dave adjourned the hearing in the case today. Hardik and his aides Dinesh Bambhaniya and Chirag Patel, who are facing sedition charges and are presently lodged in jail, had filed their bail application last month.

Central teams to assess flood, drought in A.P. on Dec. 9, 10
