Anwar Jamal Kidwai Mass Communication Research Center (AJK MCRC) is globally recognised as a premium institution in the field of mass communication. It provides the staff members and the students the opportunity to exchange notes and share their achievements with other schools of mass communication in the world.
It gives training in film and video production at a post-graduate level. It is located in the capital city, New Delhi.

AJK MCRC was established in 1982 by Anwar Jamal Kidwai, the Vice Chancellor of Jamia Millia Islamia University in collaboration with Canadian filmmaker and York University professor James Beveridge and his wife Margaret Beveridge.
It was initially funded by a grant from CIDA, the Canadian International Development Agency.
