Golgappa/ Paani puri/ Fuchka: The delicacy of Mumbai, is a hollow crisp ball made from dough. The ball is filled with spicy mint water, potatoes, and chickpeas. A very cheap delicacy, it is found at every nook and corner of Delhi. It is served hot along with curd, mint chutney, and tamarind chutney. 3. Momos: They have become one of the most popular fast foods of North India, thanks to globalization. It is a type of dumpling native to Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan. Momo is a type of steamed bun with or without fillings. Momo are made with a simple flour-and-water dough—white flour is generally preferred—and sometimes a little yeast or baking soda is added to give a doughier texture to the finished product.
