Jammu: Thousands of people here today participated in the “Run for Unity” marathon organised by the BJP to mark the death anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
Nearly 3,000 people took party in the marathon, which from flagged off by Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha national president Anurag Thakur.
The 5-km marathon was from Satwari belt to Press club.
Thakur said it was a true tribute to Sardar Patel on his 63rd death anniversary and praised the people for turning up in large numbers.
