Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray in his editorial in party organ Saamna has posed a fresh query for Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan : After Pune blast, do you still think that we should play with Pakistani players?
"Those who wanted Pakistani cricketers to play in India should now answer wether we should still play with them after Pune blast. Shah Rukh Khan, who had much love and affection for Pakistani cricketers, should now answer whether we should play cricket with them".
The very Shah Rukh Khan who asked, what is my mistake in praising Pakistan, should now be taken by Minister of state for Home Ramesh Bagwe, the man who lifted Rahul's shoes, to Pune to show him the scene of blast for which Pakistanis are responsible, writes Thackeray.
'Let Shah Rukh Khan go and meet relatives of blast victims and then ask himself, what is my mistake. Those policemen who broke our Shiv Sainiks' heads, let them sit outside SRK's bungalow and eat 'sheer-khurma', and let those Congressmen who went to theatres to watch MNIK now go to Pakistan', writes a furious Bal Thackeray.
Spitting vitriol in his writeup, Thackeray demanded that the chief minister and home minister of Maharashtra should resign taking moral reponsibility for the Pune blast. The terrorists dared to carry out the blast in Pune on seeing lack of police arrangements, which were busy for Shah Rukh's film.
"Those who carried out the Pune blast were not Shiv Sainiks, it was the Shiv Sena which was carrying out agitation against those who were helping the Pakistanis carry out the blast", the editorial says.
