New Delhi, Jul 7:A public meeting by Team Anna to drum up support for its proposed indefinite fast was disrupted for a few minutes here this evening when a group of people alleged to be Congress supporters raised slogans at the venue and entered into a minor scuffle with people there.

Slogans were raised by four-five persons who entered into a scuffle with some people at the meeting organised in south Delhi's Okhla alleging that Team Anna only saw corruption in Congress while ignoring the graft committed by BJP leaders.

The trouble erupted when Team Anna member Arvind Kejriwal was addressing the gathering. Police immediately whisked away the trouble makers.

Speaking at the function, Kejriwal accused Congress and BJP of playing a double game on the issue of passage of a strong Lokpal Bill.

“Congress and BJP are playing a double game. BJP also does not want the Lokpal bill to be passed. BJP leader Sushma Swaraj had talked about giving CBI independence. But at the time of moving amendments, they did not bring any amendment to this affect. It shows their double standards,” he alleged.

He also expressed confidence that Team Anna will get permission to hold their protest in Jantar Mantar claiming that a meeting with police two days later will give a clear picture. “A decision will be taken in two days,” he said.

Kejriwal also continued his attack on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, UPA Presidential candidate Pranab Mukherjee and other senior ministers.
The meeting was part of a campaign to garner support for Team Anna's idefinite fast from July 25 against the UPA government
