New Delhi: Former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit, who is presently living in a bungalow set amid sprawling and lush lawns at 3, Moti Lal Nehru Marg is likely to vacate her big bungalow by this month end and will shift to a three-bedroom rented flat in Girdhar Apartments on Feroze Shah Road.
After ruling the national capital for 15 long years, she will now have to live an aam aadmi's(commoner's) life.
The flat in Girdhar Apartments is already being readied. It is getting a fresh coat of paint.
Dikshit's present residence at Moti Lal Nehru Marg was allotted to her in 2004 when she took over as CM for the second time.
Her flat at Feroze Shah Road is on rent and now she also don't have her official red beacon car. Instead she will be seen moving around in a Maruti Ertiga.
