Mumbai: The male colleague of the photojournalist, who was gangraped last year at the Shakti Mills on August 22 has testified before the court on Monday. He identified all accused during the testimony.
According to the reports the witness commenced his deposition at 11.15am in an in-camera proceeding and identified all the accused.
His testimony lasted for more than four hours and is likely to continue on Tuesday.
Special public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam told that the guy identified all the five accused , Vijay Jadhav (18), Salim Ansari (27) Mohammad Kasim Hafiz Shaikh (21), Siraj Rehman Khan (24) and a 16- year-old minor.
According to his statement to the police, which is a part of the 580-page chargesheet against the four, he said they tied him up with belts, beat him and left him on one side of the mills, while the victim was taken inside, where the accused raped her.
