New Delhi: State Bank of India (SBI), the country's largest lender, is looking for potential candidates to fill up posts of Probationary Officers (PO).
The public sector bank is searching nearly 2,000 candidates for the post.
Aspirants will have to appear for online tests followed by a group discussion and interview.
SBI said in a statement said that selected candidates will be exposed to working in personal banking, rural banking, credit, forex and treasury departments.
For this, eligible candidates have to apply before May 2. To access the application, one should visit the official SBI website and submit the forms online. The candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 600. The candidates belonging to the reserved category are required to pay only Rs 100.
The starting salary of the selected candidates would be Rs 8,56,392 per annum.
Candidates willing to work for SBI should have a graduate degree and be between 21-30 years of age. A maximum of four attempts are permissible for general category candidates.
