Gorakhpur (UP), Oct 10 : RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat today said the outfit would support anyone fighting against corruption.“It is among the laid down policy of RSS to fight against corruption,” Bhagwat said while addressing a gathering at a college here.
His remarks come in the wake of a controversy about the involvement of RSS in the anti-graft movement led by Anna Hazare.
During the RSS' annual Dussehra rally in Nagpur on Thursday, he had reportedly said that its volunteers “are already active in all movements against corruption without craving for their own position and credit”. It had snowballed into a major controversy. PTI
