Chandigarh: Three weeks after approving a chargesheet against whistle-blower IAS officer Ashok Khemka for "administrative misconduct" and "over-stepping his jurisdiction" in cancelling the mutation of land deals in Gurgaon between Congress president Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra and DLF, the state government is preparing another chargesheet.
Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hood on Wednesday approved a chargesheet against Khemka holding him responsible for alleged low sale of wheat seeds when he was MD of Haryana Seeds Development Corporation between 2012-13.
