He also denied charges that he as acting at the behest of BJP.
Binny said, Aam Aadmi Party was deviating from the principles on which it was formed.
"There is a huge difference between AAP government's promises and their implementation", he added.
Binny had already expressed displeasure over the selection process of Cabinet Ministers in Kejriwal government.
He claimed that his name was in the list of Kejriwal's cabinet ministers but he refused to accept the offer.
