Hafiz Saeed is wanted in India for the gruseome Mumbai  26/11 terror attacks that left 174 people, including US and British nationals dead. He had masterminded the attack by 10 Pakistani gunmen, one of whom Ajmal Kasab was caught by Indian police and hanged.

Meanwhile, the rigmarole  goes on between India and Pakistan  with India handing over dossiers and evidences, and demanding voice samples of Hafiz Saeed and Lakhvi, both Lashkar masterminds.

A judicial commission is expected to visit India to take the testimonies of witnesses of Mumbai terror attacks, including that of the magistrate who took the statement of Ajmal Kasab.

Pakistan has expressed its inability to prosecute Hafiz Saeed  citing lack of "credible evidence", as stated eloquently by its loquacious Interior Minister Rehman Malik during his Delhi visit.
