New Delhi, Jan 10: The revival of tension in Kashmir was waiting to happen. A delegation of so-called moderate Hurriyat Conference leaders from Kashmir had  visited Pakistan last month and had met Jamaat-ud Dawah chief and 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed and Syed Salahuddin, chairman of the United Jehad Council, that oversees all militant operations in the Kashmir valley.




Both Hafiz Saeed and Syed Salahuddin, wanted to heinous crimes in India, told the Hurriyat leaders consisting of Mir Waiz  Omer Farooq, Abdul Ghani Bhat and others that they wanted militancy to be revived on a massive scale in the Valley to bring the Kashmir issue back into focus across the world.
