Either people in the South are very honest to admit that they pay bribe, or the number of individuals accessed in the North and West might be comparatively fewer, or the Northerners might be lying.
Delhi takes the cake in bribe-giving, closely followed by Mumbai and Kolkata, if rule of the thumb is to be believed.
