Varanasi: Scores of angry passengers on Thursday night stalled the New Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express protesting poor quality food.
The protest took place at Varanasi Cantt station and the passengers stood in front of the engine.
The passengers shouted slogans against railway authorities. They were persuaded to withdraw the protest after one hour.
The passengers complained that despite recent hike in Rajdhani fares due to food, the quality of food served inside the train has deteriorated.
