Raipur: The chief magistrate court in Raipur has extended the police remand of SIMI members Umer Siddhiqui, Sheikh Habib Ulla, Roshan Sheikh and Hayat Khan upto November 27.
Other alleged SIMI members Sheikh Ajijullah, Moinuddin Kureshi, Abdul Wahid, Md Aziz, Md Dawood, Md Aslam and Sheikh Subhan were sent in judicial remand till December 6.
All these SIMI members were arrested by Raipur police last week.According to reports this SIMI cell was planning to attack BJP leader Narendra Modi.
Mumbai ATS and Delhi Special cell teams are also in Raipur to question the suspects.
