New Delhi: It was a sunny Friday morning here. Some parts of the city are likely to receive light rainfall in the day, the Met Office said.
"Very light rain or thundershowers may occur in some parts of the city," said an official at the India Meteorological Department.
The minimum temperature of the day settled two notches below the season's average at 23 degrees Celsius.
The day's maximum temperature is likely to hover around 31 degrees Celsius.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 88 percent.
Thursday's maximum temperature was five degrees below the season's average at 29.1 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was 25 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the season.
