Ahmedabad: Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi will kick off his two-day visit to Gujarat from Sabarmati Ashram here on October 3.
Rahul will reach here on Thursday morning and later visit Sabarmati Ashram.
He will then interact with senior party leaders from Ahmedabad and central and south Gujarat at Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan, Congress spokesperson Manish Doshi said today.
Rahul is also scheduled to address the national executive of the National Students' Union of India (NSUI), party's student wing, before meeting elected representatives from central and south Gujarat in the evening at the Gujarat University Convention Hall.
The Congress vice-president will on October 4 proceed to Rajkot, where he will meet party leaders from Saurashtra, Kutch and north Gujarat.
He will chair an extended executive committee meet of the Gujarat Pradesh Congress before wrapping up the tour, Doshi added.
