Abohar, Punjab, Jan 24 : Punjab Police on Monday seized 17,000 boxes of liquor bottles in Fazilka. The liquor was ordered by an independent candidate Shiv Lal, police said.
Police raided a liquor vend on Hanumangarh Road opposite Kundal Palace, alongwith excise dept officials and seized IMFL and country liquor bottles.
The liquor godown was seized and the matter is being investigated.
