Jalandhar: Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal has written a letter to Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh complaining that neither he nor any of his ministers have bee invited to the foundation laying ceremony for a cancer hospital in Ghabanda village near Sangrur.
Several top Congress leaders including Rahul Gandhi will attend this function on thursday.
Badal told reporters that he had sent the letter to the PM saying health was a state subject, and the state government had given 25 acres of land for the proposed cancer hospital.
