New Delhi: Jagtar Singh Tara, accused of killing former Punjab Chief ministerBeant Singh has come out with starteling revelation claiming ISI presurised him to restart terrorist activities in Punjab.
Jagtar Sing tara who was arrested in Thailand, is being interrogated by IB, Punjab Police and Chandigarh Police.
During interrogation Tara revealed he was asked to rope in youth and train them to carry out terrorist acts in the state. He was alos offered funds for such activities.
According to investigating agencies Tara was in touch with at least a dozen youth who he wanted to send Thailand, Malasia and Myanmar as getting visas for these countries is relatively easy.
Pakistan never wanted train these youths on its home soil as there is already huge pressure from USA to deal strictly with terrorists outfits operating from there.
Punjab Police has so far cross examined atleast a dozen youths who were allegedly in touch with Tara. Tara too was present during cros examination.
