Sources said all projects are under examination of the MHA and it will take a decision in this regard after studying the analysis report prepared by competent officials.
“These installations represent the economic and technology might of India and hence the government has brought them under a priority list for security considerations,” official sources said.
The projects under the Department of Atomic Energy that may get CISF security include the Heavy Water Plants at Vadodara and Hazira in Gujarat while a third one is in Tuticorin.
