Mirzapur, UP, Oct 6: Former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad performed a three-hour-long tantra puja on the ninth day of Navratras in the ashram of tantric guru Aughad Aasharam Naresh on Wednesday.

Out of power in Bihar since last seven years, Lalu Prasad  did not visit the Vindhyavasini temple here, but went straight to the ashram to perform the tantric ritual.

After coming out of the tantric ritual, Lalu Prasad fielded questions from waiting reporters.

On Anna Hazare appealing to people not to vote for Congress, Lalu Prasad said; "Anna Hazare is a good man. I don't bother whether he goes to Pakistan, USA or India, or Kurukshetra, it would be better if he formed his own party and then show that his party can win elections. BJP-RSS is a party which can make Lord Ganesha drink milk."

On Gujarat IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt's arrest, Lalu Prasad said:  "the entire nation is condemning Modi's action. He has done a wrong thing."

On Advani's rath yatra against corruption, the former Bihar chief minister said: "This is not a yatra against corruption. Moonh me Raam, bagal me chhuri (They have a devious agenda). Both Advani and Modi are restless to become PM, but none of them is going to. And Nitish Kumar is the younger brother of Narendra Modi."

On MNS workers' action against Mumbai auto drivers, Lalu Prasad said: "Nobody in Maharashtra has the courage to speak against the 'shaitans' of MNS and Shiv Sena."
