All the SDMs of the Districts in which the marriage is solemnized have been declared marriage registration officers. The Department is also developing a system of issuance of Marriage Registration Certificates through computer system.
"The generation of Record of Rights and the mutation of the land record from the Indraprastha Bhulekh Software have been started. Initially this is being done for the villages of the Kapashera and Najafgarh division. Henceforth, the computerized RORs will be issued to the public for these sub-division and the mutation of any land in these sub-division will be recorded in the software," Dharampal said.
