Chandigarh: Punjab and Haryana High Court today issued non-bailable warrant against the controversial godman Sant Rampal.
The court slammed Haryana DGP and Home Secretary for not arresting Sant Rampal.
The court has posted the matter for hearing on November 17. The court asked for the arrest of Sant Rampal by Nov 17 at any cost.
Sant Rampal of Karontha ashram, who has now shifted his base from Rohtak to Barwala town of Hisar district had allegedly intervened in to the judicial proceedings during the hearing of a case before Hisar sessions court.
The court also said that there was no need to constitute a separate medical board in this case.
