New Delhi, March 6 : There appears to be no immediate crisis to the Manmohan Singh-led UPA-II government at the centre after the pullout of DMK ministers, political observers say.

The DMK will continue to give "issue-based" support though this could take different connotations as and when any fresh crisis develops.

The UPA presently has the support of 256 members in the Lok Sabha consisting of 543 members, 16 short of majority, if the number of DMK members is substracted.

The breakup:  UPA (with DMK)  274, Congress  207, Trinamool Congress 19  DMK 18, NCP 9, Others 21.

UPA (minus DMK) : 256

The Congress managers have nothing to worry as Samajwadi Party with 22 members, BSP with 21 and Lalu Prasad-led RJD with 4 members are its outside supporters, though they continue to holler day in and day out against the government both inside and outside the Parliament.
