Meerut, Dec 5 : Nearly one hundred members at a wedding in Jathauli village near Meerut on Sunday fell ill due to food poisoning, after consuming sweets.
Six of them are in serious condition and have been admitted to hospital.
Police said, gaajar ka halwa and rasgullas made from mawa could be the reason behind the food poisoning.
Most of the members of the marriage party were from Haryana.
