Mumbai: A Mumbai Police van escaped after hitting a 48-year-old lady in Khar on Friday evening.
The woman was crossing the road after finishing her duty at a gold jewellery shop when the speeding van hit her.
The woman was rushed to Mahavir Hospital in serious condition.
The police van escaped from the spot soon after the incident
