Poonch, May 7 : After a gap of six months, the historic Mughal Road was reopened for traffic on Monday.
At the higher reaches of Mughal Road, the famous Pir Panchal range is still covered under lawyers of snow.
One-way traffic has been opened from the top of Mughal Road on the Shopian side, with machines being used to clear up the remaining road.
The reopening of the Mughal Road will have a direct impact on business and traffic, and local residents are eagerly looking forward to better prospects.
