The leaked documents suggest that a separate Saifai module was involved in infiltrating proxy candidates into Madhya Pradesh for money.

Many toppers in MPPMT-2013 exams did not appear for the test but were represented by proxies from the Saifai module.

Seven candidates had filed their application forms mentioning a common email id - hasmatali111@gmail.com allegedly being operated by Hasmat Ali who reportedly is a medical student of UP Rural Institute of Medical Science and Research, Saifai.

Hasmat Ali (30) scored 155/200 in PMT 2013. Six others who mentioned his email-id in the online application forms also scored high marks.

However, former independent MLA from Ratlam, Paras Saklecha, claims records were destroyed to hush up the scam as children of heavyweight politicians and officers of all-India services were involved.
