Jammu: Union Ministry of Home Affairs has issued an avalanche warning to the people of Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir.
According to the Deputy Commissioner Ramban Farooq Shah Bukhari, Ministry of Home Affairs Disaster Management Division has informed that during January 21 to 23, avalanches can occur at some areas of the district.
The people of the district are advised to take all necessary precautions, so that loss of life or property does not happen.
All the concerned Departments of Disaster Management are directed to remain alert during the period, he said.
