Earthquake jolts Meghalaya
An earthquake measuring 4.4 on the Richter Scale hit Meghalaya in the wee hours of Tuesday. According to the National Center for Seismology, the tremors were felt at West Khasi Hills at 1:13 am.
The epicentre of the earthquake was yet not known.
There were no reports of any injuries or casualties due to the earthquake.
