Mann Ki Baat: PM Modi asks youth to focus on physical, mental health

Maan Ki Baat: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the 108th edition of the much-awaited "Mann Ki Baat", a monthly radio programme. During the program, he insisted youth focus on mental health while maintaining a healthy diet. He also urged to share Lord Rama's bhajans on social media platforms.

Maan Ki Baat: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is currently addressing the 108th edition of the much-awaited "Mann Ki Baat", a monthly radio programme, on Sunday.  During the address, the Prime Minister spoke on the government's Fit India movement-- a movement wherein the government is advocating physical exercise and outdoor sports. Earlier this month, PM Modi had urged people to share their views on the NAMO app.

We would have entered 2024."
