One the freight corridor from Delhi to Kolkata and Delhi to Mumbai, he said thousands of industries would be set up and lakhs of youth would get jobs.
"This work cannot be done by the government here. It is being done by the government in Delhi. The (TMC) government here doesn't do anything," Gandhi said.
Criticizing the Left Front, he said although Communism was ousted from everywhere in the world yet Communists here continue to sit with old theories.
Speaking about inclusive growth, Gandhi said BJP talked about giving wealth to 2-3 industrial houses forgetting the poor.
"Congress said no. We have to encourage industry, development must take place, but the poor cannot be forgotten. If there is development then the poor will also develop along with it. There should be a partnership between poor, youth, farmers and industrialists," he said.
