1:20 pm: Congress leaders Haroon Yusuf and Arvinder Singh Lovely allege AAP trying to bulldoze Jan Lokpal bill in Assembly despite LG's objection.

Lovely, says he has written a letter to CM Kejriwal, asking him to stop his "childlike adamant attitude" and stop from tabling the bill. "Our leader Rahul Gandhi brought consensus in Parliament and got the Lokpal bill passed."  Our support to AAP government will continue, Lovely adds.

12:46 pm: PIL filed in Delhi High Court seeking permission to table Jan Lokpal Bill in assembly without Lt Governor's clearance. PIL seeks to declare Rule 55 as unconstitutional.
