“It was a match fixing by BJP and Congress because of government's move on the gas pricing issue,” Kejriwal said.
As the House met for the first time, the BJP legislators demanding Bharti's resignation trooped into well and shouted slogans which led to its adjournment.
Later when the proceedings resumed, the House had to be adjourned two more times for 20 minutes each following uproar by both BJP and Congress MLAs over the issue.
The pandemonium continued after the House began functioning, about 50 minutes after the third adjournment, as Delhi Congress chief Arvinder Singh Lovely led his party MLAs to the well of the House demanding action against Bharti.
They were joined by BJP legislators, who were displaying some posters and demanding Bharti's resignation.
