3. Mediocre Judicial System
More than 320 Million cases are pending in the High courts and Subordinate courts in India as of 2012. Crime rate has increased three fold in this time and the main cause for that is the mediocre judicial system that takes close to three months to pass a judgment on a simple theft case.
