9. Delhi's Law Minister Somnath Bharti, is the hero in the eyes of Khirki people as he raided the house of Ugandan women at midnight for running a drug and sex racket. The minister had conducted the raid without a search warrant and was involved in a feud with the police officer whom he said was not doing his duty to arrest those women.
