New Delhi: India test-fired its 4,000 km-range nuclear weapon capable Agni-4 missile off the coast of Odisha on Monday morning.
It is the third test-firing of the missile, which has the second-largest striking range in country's weapon arsenal.
The 20-meter tall missile weighs around 17 tonne and has two stages of solid propulsion.
Considered to be one of its kinds in the world, the last test conducted from the same defence base Sep 19, 2012 was successful.
