Mumbai: A Domino's Pizza outlet was vandalized by Republican Party of India (RPI) activists on Friday in Mumbai while protesting the inhuman treatment meted out to Indian diplomat Devyani Khobragade.
Domino's is a U.S. chain of restaurants having hundreds of outlets across India.
The protestors were demanding a ban on U.S. goods as officials from the two countries struggled to defuse a row over the arrest of an Indian diplomat in New York.
India has demanded that the charges be dropped against the diplomat and her father threatened to start a fast if U.S. authorities pressed ahead with the case.
