4. KPS Gill
Former Director General of Police, Punjab, was accused of sexual harassment by a woman IAS officer Rupan Deol Bajaj at a party in 1988. She had accused him of molesting her by patting' her 'posterior'.
Gill, however did not do jail time as his sentence was reduced to probation.
