Appointed director of Infosys in 2000, Phaneesh Murthy had to resign shortly after he was accused of sexual harassment by his secretary Reka Maximovitch.
He then joined iGate as CEO and was again sacked in 2013 for sexually harassing head of investor relations Araceli Roiz.
