The security personnel belonging to the Special Branch of the Bihar Police and posted at Prasad's residence have a difficult time dealing with them.
“The number of such people increases around election time. They may foretell something about past and future, but their intention is to seek money or other things from Prasad or his family members,” Uma Shankar Singh of the Special Branch said.
