New Delhi: Sikhs for Justice, a Sikhs right group that had file a human rights violation case on Sonia Gandhi has said that it will subpoena Rahul Gandhi in court.
The move came after Rahul Gandhi said in an interview that “some Congress men were probably involved in 1984 anti-Sikh riots and they have been punished for it.”
Sikhs for Justice has said that it will pose Rahul Gandhi as witness from the excerpt taken in his recent interview to a journalist.
However, the Congress's attorney, Ravi Batra has dismissed the demand of the group and said that “any requests for subpoena issued on Gandhi will be responded to with a motion to dismiss.”
