Srinagar: Kashmir, a flood stricken state is under more threat than was anticipated. Lashkar – e- Taiba, one of the largest terrorist outfit of South Asia is planning a major mission in Kashmir, according to sources.

While the Indian army, security personnel and officials had been involved in providing relief, rescue and medical assistance to the victims of Kashmir floods, more than 250 terrorists infiltrated into the State. The floods had washed away border fencing in PoK to their advantage. Three tier fencing at IB and LoC have also been damaged, so are outposts, bunkers and infrared cameras.

According to sources, there are around 500 terrorists present in the Valley. In the name of aiding flood victims, they setup camps and around 28 such camps are functioning.

Sources have also procured information that 40 dedicated and trained LeT informers are trailing army and security forces. They are constantly keeping watch over their movements, operation, locations and logistics.

More than 200 locals are hired and paid 75000 each as initial amount for providing  information about army/forces movement. They are chosen by head hunters of terror groups and settled in respective places. These spies are forbidden to use cell phones or any source that can be easily intercepted. LeT and ISI have formed their new wings.

Sources also have it that in the name of Kashmir relief fund, these terrorists have been able to collect over 400 crore fund.

Saeed Hafiz, Chief of JuD, has been regularly visiting the border.

Last week Pakistan High Commission had asserted that Saeed was a citizen of Pakistan and he was free to ‘roam about in Pakistan'.
