New Delhi: Delhi Police has unearthed a plot by Pakistani terror group Lashkar-e-Taiba to carry out strikes in Delhi and other parts of the country.
Delhi Police's special cell has filed an FIR saying that LeT operatives Dujana and Ukasha have infiltrated in Jammu and Kashmir from PoK.
The report said that the terrorists are conspiring to target high profile personalities in Delhi could by carrying out fidayeen and grenade attacks.
LeT commanders are in touch with operatives who have been code named as Numan, Zaidi and Khursheed, the report said.
The police suspect this is done to ward off tech surveillance mounted by cops.
The FIR was filed on December 1.
Meanwhile, Delhi Police arrested another person in its ongoing probe after busting a spying racket working for Pakistan based ISI.
The man identified as Sabar, a resident of Jammu and Kashmir and a teacher in a government school, was arrested from Rajouri district on Friday, Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime Branch) Ravindra Yadav said.
Police has taken the total number of arrested to four, police said on Saturday.
