Beleaguered IPL Commissioner Lalit Modi is understood to be considering the option of moving the Bombay High Court on Friday for an injunction on the Governing Council meeting in Mumbai on Monday.
Sources close to Modi said he has talked to some senior lawyers on the possibility of his taking legal recourse to see that the meeting of the Governing Council is deferred.
The IPL Governing Council meeting on Monday is expected to discuss the current controversy surrounding the league and the possibility of his removal from the post is also not ruled out. PTI
