Know who is Davinderpal Singh Bhullar

Harvinder Singh Sarna, an official of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee, says, Bhullar is suffering from deep depression and showing suicidal tendencies.  He has been shifted to a government-run mental hospital for treatment.
